Scanmark LTD is adding US Circuit Courts of Appeals decisions to its Tax Decision Analytics collection. The service includes published decisions and orders released by USCA courts over the past ten years. These decisions will be folded into the existing Tax Court analytics to allow users to gauge the success of appeals to these courts. The service uses the same language analytics program (tweaked for an appeals court) to assess the tone and outcome of decisions.
